CHECK LIST FOR SUBMISSION OF LOAN APPLICATION FORM

A) SANCTION OF LOAN

  1. Photograph of the borrower is propely affixed at proper space at page-I of the loan application form.
  2. All the entries and columns at page 1 to 4 are properly and completely filled up by the loan applicant and no column is left without attended and all the relevant information ha been filled up at the respective columns by the loan applicant.
  3. Loan applicant has properly signed the loan application at the buttom of certificate and undertaking at page 3 and date placed is also mentioned page 3.
  4. Complete information in Bio-Data along with bank account no. and telephone no. is furnished by the loan applicant and the same duly singned by the applicant.
  5. In case of guarantors all relevant informations has been filled up against each column of the guarantor performa and the said performa is dully signed by the guarantors and bank acoount no. and telephone no. is also provided by the guarantors, it may also check that latest photograph of the guarantors is affixed on the said guarantor performa Relevant document like duly signed and stampad salary certificate of the guarators and photocopy of service I - Card, Election I - Card and Ration Card are also enclosed with the guarantors performa.
  6. Check photocopy of ration card Election - I card of the borrower, performa invoice and other relevant documents as desired are attached with the loan application form.
  7. Check the particulars like age and salary are as per the guarantee norms.
  8. Check pay order demand draft of processing fee of requisite value is enclosed with the loan application form.


B) DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER SANCTION OF LOAN

  1. Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- purchased in the name of loanee for Term Loan Agreement and photograph of the borrower partners/directors may be affixed on the above stamp paper of Rs. 50/- purchased in the name of the borrower. The matter as per Performa No. I may be got simply typed on the said stamp paper duly filled exact date.
  2. Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10./- purchased in the name of loanee and matter as per Performa No.2 may be got simply typed on the said stamp paper duly filled exact date.
  3. Affidavit of the loanee on the non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- as per Performa No. 3. all columns duly filled in and duly attested by notary public license no. and register entry no. of the notary public is also required on the affidavit.
  4. Any cutting/additions should be signed by the deponent and duly counter signed by Notary Public.
  5. Certificate as per Performa No. 4 i.e. for attestation of signature and photograph of the brrower/guarantors from any gazetted officer or Bank manager
  6. If the loan is guaranteed on the basis of collateral security following documents may also be submitted in addition to above.
     (I) If the FDR is being pledged as collateral security, the same should be got prepared from the any scheduled bank as under DFC a/c___________________and FDR should be for 60 months payabIe to self.
    (II) if the FDR is not got prepared in the name of DFC as mentioned 6(i) it should be in the name of any person above the age of 18 years and in that case issuing bank should endorse lien in favour of DFC and the confirmation thereof should be made by the bank prescribed format which is absolutely necessary For marking of lien of DFC the borrower will collect a letter addressed to the Bank Manager by AM (L) of the corporation.
    (III) like wise in case KVP/NSC is to be pledged as collateral security the issuing post office should mark lien/pledged as favour of IDFC and deposit such NSC/KVP alongwith receipt issued by the concerned post office to this affect (postal pledge receipt).For creation of aforesaid lien/pledge the request letter in the name of issuing post master Should be obtained from the AM(L)
    (IV) In case LIC policy is to be pledged as collateral security the following requirements are to be pledged with.
    (A) Obtain a surrender value certificate duly signed and stamped by the Branch Manager of LIC and for assessing policy in favour of DFC, a request letter may be obtained from AM(L) DFC and in reply thereof the original insurance policy with assessment letter along with covering letter by the Branch manager LIC should be sent to DFC for assessing said policy in favour of DFC.
    (B) A rubber stamp in the name of firms as per specimen given below :-
    For M/s. _________________________________________________________________ Prop .
    This will be used for affixation on the term loan Agreement and on the letter of trust and policy on the receipt for taking disbursement of loan. Borrowers should carry revenue stamp with them.
  7. If the loan is secured on the basis of third party guarantor: (a) Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- purchased in the name of guarantor for the purpose of guarantee duly typed as per performa No. 5 photograph of all guarantors should be affixed on the said stsmp paper.
  8. Affidavit of guarantors duly notarized with adhesive stamp of Rs. 5/- in additions/cuttings should be singed by respective deponent and counter signed by notary public on the non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- purchased in the name of each guarantor separately typed as per performa No. 6.
  9. Photograph of the service I card ration card of the guarantor shall be verified from the original at the time of execution of bond of guarantee.
  10. Any other documents which are in compliance of the said terms and conditions contained in the sanction letter as desired by SM/M/AM(L).


NOTE

  1. All the aforesaid affidavit should be executed after date of sanction of loan.
  2. Balance processing fees 50% to be deposited by pay order favouring DFC.
  3. Please go through check list to avoid delay for finalisation of the loan appraisal in case of any doubt/clarifications please contact SM/M/AM.

C) DOCUMENTS TO BE FURNISHED FOR AVAILING BALANCE 10% OF LOAN

  1. Original bill & payment receipts of the supplier of vehicle/chasis.
  2. Insurance policy of full cost of vehicle having DFC' s hypothecation thereon.
  3. Two sets of photocopies of Regn. certificate, Route Permit with HP to DFC & fitness certificate along with copy of from 21 & 22 this may be noted that vehicle should be registered with Delhi as public commercial vehicle.
  4. The inspection of the vehicle clearly indicating that vehicle is hypothecated to Delhi financial corporation may be got done after taking its delivery.
  5. The R.C. & Route permit should bear correct present residential address of the borrower.
  6. Photograph of vehicle showing Registration No. and HP to DFC (with new logo) painted on it.
  7. A certificate from Accounts Deptt. of corporation reg. No. default.
