Pre-qualification criteria

Home/ Pre-qualification Criteria

The Vendor must satisfy the following minimum Pre-qualification criteria :

  1. The company must have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 5 Crores during last three financial year.
  2. The company should have been profitable (PAT) for the last two years and should be in existence for last 5 years in software development field.
  3. The company should be certified at minimum SEI CMM Level 3 or ISO 9001-2000.
  4. The company should have its office/development center in Delhi / NCR for at least one year.
  5. The company should have architected and implemented at least two (2) large-scale Oracle based web enabled projects during the 2 years. Provide references also.
  6. The company must have at least 10 programmers and system analysts with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Oracle development tools.
  7. The company should have experience in working with Oracle 9i RDBMS and above & Developer. References also should be given.
  8. Preference would be given to the company that has developed and implemented at least one Banking/ finance related application with project cost minimum Rs. Lakh.
