TERMS OF AUCTION
- Auction is on“ As is where is basis”.
- Every bidder has to deposit Rs. 25000/- as caution money by bank draft/DD in favour of Delhi Financial Corporation to participate in the auction for immovable properties and Rs. 5,000/- for movable/machinery items.
- The highest bidder shall have to pay 25% of bid amount as earnest money in CASE on spot.
- The Corporation can withdraw the auction sale/bid at any time without assigning any reason.
- Sales tax, unearned increase etc. as applicable shall be payable extra.
- Sealed tenderers are to enclose bank draft/DD equivalent to 25 % of the offered amount as earnest money alongwith the offer failing which the offer would be treated as invalid.
