We are interested in submitting pre-qualification bid for the project (original plus 5 copies).
We are enclosing non-refundable application fee in the form of demand draft of Rs. 1500/- (Give details of DD) drawn in favor of Delhi Financial Corporation, payable at New Delhi.
We would like to clearly state that we qualify for this bid on all the pre-qualifying criteria indicated by you in the application form referred to above. The details are as under.

We understand that if the details given in support of claims made above are found to be untenable or unverifiable or both, our bid may be rejected without any reference to us. We further clearly understand that DFC is not obliged to inform us of the reasons for rejection of our bid.
We confirm that, all the details mentioned above are true and correct and if DFC observes any misrepresentation of facts on any matter at any stage of evaluation, it has the right to reject the proposal and disqualify us from the process.
We hereby acknowledge and unconditionally accept that DFC can at its absolute discretion apply whatever criteria it deems appropriate, not just limiting to those criteria set out in the RFQ document, in short listing of vendors for providing software solution.
