Terms and Conditions
1.Interest rate shall be reduced from 15% to 12% w.e.f. the date of shifting or 1-4-2004 whichever is earlier.
2.The interest rate shall be further reduced to 11% w.e.f. 1-4-2005.
3. Existing quarterly repayment shall be converted to EMI.
4.The benefit under this revival package would be extended to those units which clear installment due on 1-11-06 (as per proposed revival package) on or before 15-1-2007.
- The unit would submit proof of power connection in new building
- Rs. 200/- as processing fee shall be paid for recasting account.
IMPORTANT
Those units (which have not constructed building) can also avail benefit of interest reduction from 15% to 12%, if not availed earlier.
