OTS Offer open for Registration only Till 30th September, 2006
Time for payment of OTS amount can be extended

ELIGIBIITY

A. THOSE WHOSE LOAN SANCTIONED/DISBURSED IS LESS THAN Rs.10 LACS AMOUNT OUTSTANDING IS LESS THAN Rs.50 LACS
B. AND WHOSE NAMES FIGURE IN LIST OF DOUBTFUL NPAs & SUB-STANDARD NPAs AS ON 31.3.2000. LIST IS AVAILABLE AT DFC COUNTER.

For all categories:

  • Waiver of entire interest after date of doubtful NPA except for sub-standard NPAs. 
  • If factory is sealed, restoration of possession on payment of OTS amount. 
  • RC proceedings recall, court cases all to be withdrawn on payment of OTS amount by Corpn./litigations.

For cases up to Rs.5.00 lakh loan disbursed:

  • Waiver of additional interest and compounding factor from the date of NPA.

For cases up to Rs.2.00 lakh loan disbursed:

  • If you have already paid amount equal to principal +misc expenses all interest will be waived.
  • If not, then pay only Principal+Misc+Simple intt. Up to date of doubtful NPA.
  • For sub-standard assets:
  • Amount as on date of doubtful NPA+ simple interest till 31.03.2004/date of settlement.
  • NPA date will be determined by Chartered. Recasting of loan status and NPA has been outsourced to Chartered Accountant - M/s Sunder Sharma & Co., 191, Gali Batashan, Chawri Bazar, Delhi-110006, Tel: 23278739, 56020333(M)

Benefits

  • RC/LEGAL PROCEEDINGS KEPT IN ABEYANCE FOR ONE MONTH ON PAYMENT.
  • REGISTRATION AMOUNT IS ADJUSTABLE IN LOAN ACCOUNT AND REFUNDABLE IF OTS AMOUNT EXCEEDED.
  • THOSE WHO CANNOT PAY LUMP SUM MAY APPLY FOR INSTALMENTS NOT EXCEEDING 12 MONTHS AT EXISTING RATE OF INTEREST.
  • Those who do not figure in list at eligibility (A) and (B) may also registere for OTS subject to scrutiny by Recovery/Advisory Committee conditions apply.
